Offer Terms

This page covers the two ways the Growth plan costs less than its published price: the introductory offer, open until the end of 15 October 2026, and the discount for committing to two or three years. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy and uses the same definitions; where it conflicts with the Terms, this page prevails for the clinics it applies to. The Free plan costs nothing and is not affected by anything here.
1. The introductory offer, in one line
Subscribe to Growth before the offer closes and your price is ₹24,990 a year instead of ₹34,990, with the ₹4,990 onboarding fee waived — and that price stays yours for as long as your subscription continues. It is not a first-year discount.
2. Who qualifies
A clinic qualifies if it subscribes to Growth and pays for its first term on or before 15 October 2026, India Standard Time. You get every Growth feature; nothing is held back because of the lower price. A clinic already on the Free plan qualifies in the same way when it moves to Growth before that date.
3. The price is locked for life
The price is locked for as long as your subscription continues without a break. Commit to two or three years and the longer-commitment discounts apply on top of it.
"Without a break" means each term is renewed on or before its renewal date. If a subscription ends and the clinic returns later, it returns at the standard price then published. Moving back to the Free plan in between counts as a break.
The lock covers the plan fee. Extra chairs, message bundles, per-message charges, additional locations and websites are charged at the prices published at the time, like any other clinic's.
In plain terms
Stay, and ₹24,990 is your price every year — whatever the published price becomes. Leave and come back, and it is the price of the day. That is the whole of it.
4. Longer commitments under the offer
An introductory clinic can take a two- or three-year term and the commitment discount applies on top of the locked price: 1 year: ₹24,990 · 2 years: ₹44,982 (10% off) · 3 years: ₹63,725 (15% off).
Onboarding is waived on every introductory term, whatever its length.
5. Longer commitments at the standard price
After the introductory offer closes, and for any clinic that is not on it, the same commitment discounts apply to the standard price: 1 year: ₹34,990 · 2 years: ₹62,982 (10% off) · 3 years: ₹89,225 (15% off).
On a two- or three-year term the ₹4,990 onboarding fee is waived. On a one-year term it is payable before we begin work, as our Terms describe.
Two- and three-year terms are paid up front for the whole term. The discount applies to the plan fee; chair add-ons and messages are priced as usual. Totals are rounded to the nearest rupee.
6. What is not waived
A website, if you ask us to build one, is ₹14,990 and remains payable at go-live in the ordinary way. Each additional location beyond the first carries its ₹14,990 one-time onboarding add-on. Neither offer changes those.
7. The closing date, and why it moved once
The offer was due to close on 30 September 2026. We have extended it to 15 October 2026 — and said so here, rather than moving a date quietly. 15 October is the final date, and there is no countdown timer on this page.
If you are reading this after 15 October 2026, the introductory offer has ended and the standard prices apply. The commitment discounts in clause 5 do not end.
In plain terms
We said the date would not be quietly extended. It was extended — once, openly, on every page that shows it. We would rather tell you that than pretend the first date never existed.
8. Refunds
A term bought under either offer is refundable only as our Refund Policy describes: in full before it starts, and not once it has started — including the later years of a two- or three-year term, because the discount exists because of the commitment.
9. Changes
We may change or withdraw either offer for clinics that have not yet taken it up. Once your term has been invoiced under one of these offers, the terms above are fixed for you, and a price locked under the introductory offer stays locked as clause 3 describes. All prices are exclusive of GST. Velvet Vizion's GST registration is in process — until it is effective, invoices carry no GST; once it is, GST is added at the applicable rate.
