A full dental practice management system with the follow-up engine included — priced as one annual fee, with a marketing-message bundle in it. There is no monthly plan and there never will be.
§ Introductory Offer
₹24,990 for your first year. Growth features. Onboarding free.
Your first year is ₹24,990 instead of ₹45,000, with every Growth feature and the full 10,000-message bundle. The ₹9,990 setup and onboarding fee is waived entirely. Year two renews at the standard ₹45,000 — by which point you will have a year of your own numbers to judge it on.
The offer closes on 30 September 2026. That is a real date, not a rolling countdown: it will not be quietly extended, and there is no timer on this page pretending otherwise.
Closes 30 September 2026
§ The Two Plans
Two plans. Every number published.
Each plan is one annual fee with a marketing-message bundle included. Utility, reminder and reply messages — confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to a patient who wrote first — are free and unmetered on both.
Both plans: utility, reminder and reply messages free and unmetered · unlimited campaigns · one annual fee, no monthly subscription · full data export any time, at no charge.
All prices are exclusive of GST. Velvet Vizion's GST registration is in process — until it is effective, invoices carry no GST; once it is, GST is added at the applicable rate.
§ Before You Pay Anything
One month on Growth, free.
You get the whole product for a month — the clinical side and the follow-up side — on Growth. There is no monthly plan to fall back on, so at day 31 you choose Base or Growth, or you walk away.
What the trial needs from you
—An active UPI Autopay mandate is required before the trial starts.
—Marketing messages during the trial are capped at 2,000 for the month.
—At day 31 you choose Base or Growth. There is no monthly plan to fall back to.
The one thing to read twice
Messages sent during the trial are not free and are not billed monthly. If you sign up, they simply come out of the annual bundle you have now paid for. If you walk away, they are invoiced at ₹1.25 each — the trial runs on Growth, so it settles at Growth's rate.
A clinic that discovers this later is a clinic we mishandled, so it is on the page rather than in a clause.
WhatsApp prices messages by category, and only one of those categories touches your bundle. Everything factual — the messages a patient actually needs — is free and unmetered on both plans, however many you send.
Campaigns are unlimited on both plans too. You spend per message, not per campaign — so four small, well-targeted campaigns cost exactly the same as one undifferentiated blast of the same size. Wherever a message can honestly be written as a neutral statement of fact, we write it that way, so it stays out of your bundle entirely.
Enquiries beyond your monthly allowance are never blocked and never stop being captured. On Growth they bill quietly at ₹3,990 per 500 additional enquiries, on your normal invoice.
Free & unmetered — both plans
✓Booking confirmations
✓Appointment reminders
✓No-show reschedule nudges
✓Feedback requests
✓Replies to a patient who messaged first
Counts against your bundle
Campaigns · promos · recall nudges · the declined-treatment chase · referral and review asks
Which category a message falls into is decided by Meta, not by us — their delivery receipt is what we count from.
§ Spreading the Cost
Pay yearly, or arrange EMI through your lender.
There is no monthly plan and there never will be. If you would rather spread the annual fee, you can arrange your own EMI with a healthcare lender — CarePay and Bajaj Finserv Health both do this for clinics. That is your contract with the lender, not with us: we invoice the year, you settle it however you have arranged.
We deliberately do not divide the annual fee by twelve and call it a subscription. A monthly number would make this look like software you rent, and the way the product is priced and supported is not that.
§ Getting Started
Two one-time charges, itemised.
Separate line items on separate dates, deliberately — you are never asked to pay for something before you have seen it.
Setup & onboarding
The guided setup, to a ~14-day target: moving your existing records across, WhatsApp Business API, configuration and training for your team.
Due before we begin work. Waived entirely under the introductory offer.
₹9,990
Website (redesign or new build)
Your website's enquiry form is one of the things that feeds Flow, so it's infrastructure rather than an upsell — but it's priced on its own line, which means you can see exactly what it costs.
Due at go-live — not before.
₹14,990
Each additional location on Growth, beyond the first
One-time onboarding add-on per additional location.
Due when that location is set up.
₹14,990
Setup is due before we start; the website is due at go-live. If you look at what we’ve built and decide not to launch, you simply don’t pay for it — the details are in our Refund Policy.
All prices are exclusive of GST. Velvet Vizion's GST registration is in process — until it is effective, invoices carry no GST; once it is, GST is added at the applicable rate.
§ What Each Plan Does
The whole clinical record is on both.
Nothing about a patient's care is behind a paywall — including the audit trail and full export. What Growth buys is the recovery work and the operations half.
Base — ₹35,000 / year
The whole clinical record, and the front door.
✓The entire clinical record — charting, perio, treatment plans, notes, prescriptions, medical history
✓Imaging capture and full-size viewing, on the chart
✓Appointment book, check-in and queue
✓GST invoicing, UPI, part payments, daybook and cash reconciliation
✓Consent forms in the patient's language, ABDM/ABHA, DPDP consent ledger
✓Immutable audit trail, roles and access control
✓Video consultation
✓Instant reply, cold-enquiry nurture, reminders, no-show and missed-call recovery
✓Instagram DMs and lead ads in one inbox
✓The recovered-revenue dashboard
✓Full data export, any time, at no charge
Growth — ₹45,000 / year
Everything in Base, plus:
✓The treatment-plan chase
✓Recall driven by what the dentist found
✓Balance-due recovery
✓What each ad actually cost you, per booked patient
✓Review requests and referral asks
✓Festival and birthday messages
✓Compare, measure, annotate, present
✓Visiting consultant commissions
✓Dental lab workflow
✓Stock with batch and expiry, and implant traceability
✓Sterilisation logs
✓Payment plans and orthodontic contracts
✓Up to 3 locations in one account, with per-location reporting
✓Priority support and a quarterly review of what was recovered
Full export of everything — patient records, clinical history, imaging, billing and lead history — on either plan, at any time, for no fee and with no notice period. Not a support ticket, not a retention call, not a negotiation. A button.
On the way out
Your data is yours.
We would rather you be able to leave easily and choose to stay. Software that keeps clinics by making the exit painful is software that has stopped trying.
On the way in
We do the migration.
Three years of records inside BestoSys, Dentee, KiviHealth, a spreadsheet or a stack of registers is not a reason to stay — it is the only reason most clinics stay. We move it for you, as part of onboarding, before you pay anything beyond the setup fee.
§ Billing
How billing actually works.
One annual fee for the plan, paid for the year. Marketing messages beyond your included bundle — and nothing else — appear on a monthly invoice in arrears. Most clinics never see one.
Due: The 5th of the following month, 12:00 IST
Collected by: UPI Autopay mandate, set up at signup
Retries: Auto-debit is attempted three times — on the 5th, 6th and 7th.
A bank outage or an expired mandate does not trigger a fee on its own.
No lock-in beyond the year you have paid for. What happens if you leave mid-year is written out in full in our Refund Policy.
If a message invoice goes unpaid
Unpaid on the 8th
Late payment fee, and marketing pauses
A one-time late payment fee of ₹1,500 or 10% of the invoice — whichever is higher, capped at ₹10,000 — is added, and marketing sending pauses. Appointment confirmations and reminders keep going out.
Unpaid at 30 days
The account becomes view-and-export only
Your clinical records stay readable and fully exportable. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held back.
On payment
Everything restarts within minutes
No reactivation fee, no re-onboarding.
A patient must never miss an appointment because of a billing dispute, and a dentist must never be locked out of a clinical record. Confirmations and reminders keep running through a pause, and records stay readable and exportable throughout — that is deliberate.
Late payment fee: ₹1,500 or 10% of the invoice, whichever is higher, capped at ₹10,000. Charged once per invoice, never re-applied and never compounded. All prices are exclusive of GST. Velvet Vizion's GST registration is in process — until it is effective, invoices carry no GST; once it is, GST is added at the applicable rate.
§ Pricing Questions
The fine print, out loud.
One fee, once a year. Base is ₹35,000 a year and includes 6,000 marketing messages a year; Growth is ₹45,000 a year and includes 10,000 marketing messages a year. Beyond the bundle, marketing messages are ₹1.40 each on Base and ₹1.25 on Growth. Utility, reminder and reply messages are free and unmetered on both.
No, and there never will be.

Year two renews at the standard ₹45,000 — by which point you will have a year of your own numbers to judge it on. The offer closes on 30 September 2026. The whole clinical record is on both — charting, perio, treatment plans, notes, prescriptions, imaging capture, the appointment book, GST invoicing, consent, ABDM, the audit trail and full export. Base adds the front door: instant reply, nurture, reminders, no-show and missed-call recovery. Growth adds the back catalogue and the operations half — the declined-treatment chase, clinically-driven recall, balance-due recovery, referrals and reviews, ad cost per booked patient, consultant commissions, lab workflow, stock and implant traceability, sterilisation logs, payment plans, and up to three locations.
Two, and we keep them itemised. ₹9,990 for setup and onboarding — the guided ~14-day target covering your WhatsApp Business API, your data migration, configuration and training — and ₹14,990 for your website, redesigned or built new. Setup is due before we begin; the website is due at go-live, so if you decide not to launch you never pay it. Under the introductory offer the setup fee is waived entirely.
In practice, yes — the website's enquiry form is one of the things that feeds Flow, so it's infrastructure rather than an upsell. It is priced on its own line so you can see exactly what it costs, and so it can be waived or reduced on its own.
Growth supports up to 3 locations; each one beyond the first is a ₹14,990 one-time onboarding add-on. Enquiries beyond your monthly allowance are never blocked and never stop being captured. On Growth they bill quietly at ₹3,990 per 500 additional enquiries, on your normal invoice.
All prices are exclusive of GST. Velvet Vizion's GST registration is in process — until it is effective, invoices carry no GST; once it is, GST is added at the applicable rate.
One month on Growth, free. You get the whole product for a month — the clinical side and the follow-up side — on Growth. There is no monthly plan to fall back on, so at day 31 you choose Base or Growth, or you walk away.
An active UPI Autopay mandate, and that is the only condition beyond the message cap. Marketing messages during the trial are capped at 2,000 marketing messages for the month.
Messages sent during the trial are not free and are not billed monthly. If you sign up, they simply come out of the annual bundle you have now paid for. If you walk away, they are invoiced at ₹1.25 each — the trial runs on Growth, so it settles at Growth's rate.
You choose Base or Growth, or you walk away. There is no monthly plan to fall back to, so it is a real decision rather than a default. If you walk away, you are invoiced for the marketing messages you sent and nothing else, and you can export everything in the account first.
Anything promotional: campaign broadcasts, promos, re-engagement pushes, recall nudges, referral and review asks — anything with a "book now" in it. Confirmations, reminders and service replies never count.
Meta does, not us. WhatsApp classifies every message template, and Meta's own delivery receipt is the billing source of truth. Meta can also reclassify an existing template — for example from utility to marketing — which can change whether messages sent under it count against your bundle. That is outside our control, and we'd rather you know it up front than find it on an invoice.
Nothing stops. Messages beyond the bundle bill at ₹1.40 each on Base and ₹1.25 on Growth, on a monthly invoice in arrears. There is no cliff, no block and no upgrade prompt in the way of a message you meant to send.
No. The bundle is an annual allowance rather than a balance you own — it resets with your plan year. We would rather say that here than have you find it in a clause.
No. Campaigns are unlimited on both plans. You pay per message, not per campaign — so running four smaller, better-targeted campaigns costs the same as one big one of the same size.
In real time, on the dashboard: how much of your bundle is used, what anything beyond it has cost so far this month, and what the invoice is heading toward. Nothing hidden.
One annual fee for the plan, paid for the year. Marketing messages beyond your included bundle — and nothing else — appear on a monthly invoice in arrears. Most clinics never see one. Signup includes a UPI Autopay mandate. Any monthly invoice is due on the 5th of the following month, 12:00 ist, and auto-debit is attempted three times — on the 5th, 6th and 7th.

Appointment confirmations and reminders keep going out, because a patient should never miss an appointment over a billing dispute. At 30 days the account becomes view-and-export only: your clinical records stay readable and fully exportable throughout. Everything restarts within minutes of payment.
