§ One System, Two Halves
Most dental software is one of these. Buying the other separately is how clinics end up with a records system that has never heard of a lead, and a marketing tool that has never seen a treatment plan.
Half one — The Chair
Charting, treatment plans, notes, prescriptions, imaging, the appointment book, invoicing, consent, compliance. The whole clinical record, built for a dentist working at speed with gloves on.

§ Half Two — The Front Desk
All of it runs from your clinic's own WhatsApp number, in whatever language the patient wrote in, without your staff lifting a finger. This is the engine, and it is what the Growth plan buys.
Every plan that was declined or deferred, with its value, its reason, and a message that asks again properly at the right time. This is the money the rest of the industry never even counts.
Day, night, Sunday, festival. A WhatsApp reply from your clinic's own number, in whatever language the patient wrote in.
Interested, undecided, then silence. A spaced sequence written to sound like a person keeps the conversation alive.
Reminders before the visit, and a reschedule nudge to the patient who didn't turn up — while the gap is still fillable.
Day, night, lunch hour, Sunday. Every call to the clinic is picked up, the patient is heard, and what they wanted lands in front of your team. There is no such thing as a missed call left to recover. Calls draw from your AI scoops — there is no per-minute charge.
Not a six-month timer. The patient is recalled for the specific thing that was flagged, at the interval the dentist chose, in a message that says what was found.

§ Half Three — Operations
The part no other Indian dental system covers. All of it is on Growth.
Rules, accrual and a monthly statement per consultant. The arithmetic that currently costs an owner a Sunday.
Cases out, cases back, and delays visible before the patient is already in the chair waiting for a crown that hasn't arrived.
One query finds every patient carrying a recalled lot. Consumables come off the shelf as procedures are recorded, not when someone remembers.
Autoclave register, spore tests, and pouch-to-patient traceability — so a failed test names the patients, the loads in doubt and the pouches to pull.
Instalments, the chasing, and a collection forecast that tells you what is actually coming in next month.
§ What Makes It Different
All three of these need both halves of the product — which is exactly why a records vendor can't copy them.

Every clinic has a pile of declined and deferred treatment. Nobody counts it and nobody chases it. A records-only system cannot — it never recorded why a plan was refused, and it has no way to reach the patient.

Every other system sends “six months since your last visit.” Flow recalls a patient for the specific thing the dentist flagged, at the interval the dentist chose, in a message that says what was found.

Cost per acquired patient, measured against actual clinical revenue, by source. A records vendor has no lead data. An ads tool has no revenue data. Flow has both, which is the whole point of putting them in one system.

§ On Purpose
It doesn't diagnose. Flow shows the dentist what the machine captured, at whatever size and contrast they want it — it does not tell them what they are looking at, and it is not going to. That judgment is a dentist's, and building software that appears to make it would be building a different product for a different regulator.
It doesn't replace your receptionist's judgment. Complex or sensitive conversations hand off to a human naturally — inbound replies land in the dashboard for a person to answer.
It doesn't run your ads. Google and Meta advertising isn't our craft — we refer a partner. Flow measures what your ads produced; it doesn't buy them.
It doesn't manufacture urgency. No “10x your revenue” promises, no countdown timers, no “only two slots left” — calm, precise and honest is the whole point.
It never shares your WhatsApp identity. Your clinic's number and name are yours alone — never a shared sender, never cross-clinic overlap.
It doesn't hold your data hostage. Full export on either plan — Free included — any time, no fee, including on the day you decide to leave.

Two appearances ship with Vizion Flow, switchable per person in Settings. The receptionist and the dentist can each choose their own.

It changes colours and type only — never what is on screen, never where anything is. Nobody has to relearn a layout to get the look they want.

One guided onboarding covers everything: moving your existing records across, your WhatsApp Business setup, your configuration and your team's training — with a ~14-day target. Your website, if we build it, rides the same timeline.
Two steps sit with Meta, not with us — business verification and WhatsApp display-name approval. They usually cooperate; when they don’t, we tell you exactly where things stand. Fourteen days is our target, not a stunt promise.
