From websites to the system behind them.
Velvet Vizion began as a healthcare-only website design studio — 14-day delivery, patient-psychology-driven design. Somewhere along the way, one service line kept growing: the always-on follow-up system we built for clinic websites.
Then the dentists told us what was actually wrong. The follow-up was useful, but it was guessing — it had no idea what had been found in the mouth, what had been quoted, or what had been turned down. So we built the other half. Vizion Flow is now a full dental practice management system: the charting, the treatment plans, the notes, the prescriptions, the imaging, the invoicing and the compliance, with the follow-up engine wired into all of it.
That is the whole company now. Not an add-on. The studio’s craft didn’t disappear; it got absorbed. Every Vizion Flow clinic still gets a website built by the same studio, with the same design discipline — because it is one of the places new patients come from.
§ Why It Exists
Built for the pile nobody counts.
Ask a dentist how much treatment their patients declined last year and you get a shrug — not because they don’t care, but because no software has ever told them. Every practice management system in the country records what happened and stops there. The enquiry nobody answered at 9pm, the ₹46,000 implant somebody said no to in March, the patient who never came back, the chair that went empty at 4pm: all of it is sitting in the records already, and none of it is being acted on. Vizion Flow exists to close that gap with automation, not with more staff.

Not a side project someone assembled locally: a dedicated startup, pointed squarely at Chandigarh’s clinics. Building a practice management system is not something you do on a weekend, and it is not something you do without dentists in the room — two practising dentists have been pulling the product apart for us since before it had a price.
